This characteristic, Grade II listed former watermill, featuring award winning food, real ales and 40 malt whiskies, is set in 11 acres of beautiful gardens.
Originally built in 1830, the Watermill, Miller's House and Timber Framed Barns have been carefully transformed into a 3-star hotel, in which you can enjoy free access to the professionally managed Health Club.
For business events or special occasions, the hotel offers air conditioned rooms with views over Quy Water and the extensive gardens, as well the Old Watermill Room, featuring the 16-foot Victorian water wheel behind a glass screen.
The Health Club is fully equipped with: a state of the art, 30-piece fitness studio; 12 metre deck level indoor pool; steam room; sauna; and whirlpool spa, all beneath the splendour of oak beams. Please be aware that children under the age of 16 years are not permitted in the swimming pool after 18:00.
High-speed internet connection is available, this service is free of charge to hotel residents and conference delegates in the public areas and bedrooms.

The award-winning food is served to you in either the informal Country Inn Restaurant, the Old Kitchen Bar, the Celtic Bar, or the Orangery, depending on your preference and appetite. You can choose from 4 menu types: the Chef's Recommendation Menu; the Specials Menu; Bar Food; and Light Bites, most of which may be served in any of the dining areas.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.
Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:30.
Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:45.
The hotel is situated just off of the A14 for easy access to and from Cambridge, Newmarket and the M11 corridor. There is ample free parking and a helipad. Cambridge Park and Ride is 3 minutes away.
From the A14 eastbound:
- Take junction 35 off the A14, marked Newmarket, Burwell, Quy A1303.
- Take the first exit off the roundabout and keep in the left hand lane, marked Quy.
- Take the first left-hand turning, marked Quy Mill Hotel (directly opposite the church).
- The hotel is situated one kilometre down the lane.
From the A14 westbound:
- Take junction 35 off the A14, marked Cambridge, Newmarket, Burwell A1303.
- Once on the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and keep to the left lane marked Quy.
- Then, as above.
